By downloading, installing, or using MathForge, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the app.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use MathForge. You must be at least 18 years old to be eligible for cash prizes. By creating an account, you represent that you meet these age requirements.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account. One account per person is permitted. Creating multiple accounts to gain unfair advantage on leaderboards will result in disqualification and account termination.
MathForge is a skill-based game. You agree not to use bots, scripts, automation tools, or any other method to artificially inflate scores. Violations will result in immediate disqualification from prizes and permanent account ban.
MathForge offers optional in-app purchases including ad removal. All purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective refund policies. In-app purchases do not affect gameplay outcomes or leaderboard standings.
Prize competitions are governed by the Official Sweepstakes Rules available within the app. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Prizes are awarded based solely on skill (score performance). Prize amounts and schedules may change with notice.
MathForge, its design, code, graphics, and content are owned by MathForge LLC. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the app without written permission.
MathForge is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for in-app purchases in the preceding 12 months.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
